Andrew Erlich, Ph.D., is a practicing clinical A member of the American Marketing Association, he is also a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for the Psychological Study of Ethnic Minority Issues and the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research. Dr. Erlich has been involved in speaking, organizational development, multi-cultural research, motivational analysis and training since 1979 when he founded Erlich Transcultural Consultants (ETC). His speaking engagements include presentations to the Credit Union Executive Society, the International Association of Convention and Visitors Bureaus, the Institute for International Research, the U.S. Travel Data Center, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Southern California and Phoenix Chapters of the American Marketing Association, the Western Regional Conference of the American Marketing Association, the American Psychological Association (Western Regional Convention on Psychology and Marketing Behavior), the Association for Media Psychology, and the Strategic Research Institute among others. Dr. Erlich has appeared on local and international television and radio and has conducted cultural competency training programs for clients like Microsoft, J.P.
